Sate Klathak

Sate klathak – young lamb – was unique, because only seasoned salt, without spices usually like soy sauce, garlic, chili, tomatoes, and instead we were treated to soup curry. Puncture the meat using a bicycle wheel bars, one serving only two puncture, but the big meat.
Location: Pasar Jejeran Plered Bantul, from Giwangan Bus Terminal to the south until the first red light intersection.
